How Leii works
A client submits a request
The request for cleaning services is sent out to relevant providers on the Leii platform
Providers submits proposals
Providers can chat with the client to agree any details. The client then picks a provider, and pay the proposal price to Leii.
The job is performed and get paid
When the job is done, the provider gets paid by Leii (minus our fee) within 4 working days.
You set the price - and Leii only takes a fee when you get paid
The leii fee is 20% as standard. It is automatically deducted from your payout.
For example:
If you submit a proposal with the client price of 5 000 NOK (including VAT/MVA), leii will pay out 4 000 NOK to your company once the job is marked “done” in the system. As a company you are responsible to manage VAT/MVA and regular taxes.
Requirements to be a cleaning provider on Leii
Leii only work with cleaning companies that follow all Norwegian rules and regulations - we actively work to makes sure the cleaning industry is legit and that taxes are paid. This is important for us in order to help the industry and its workers to be long-term sustainable. Thus we do not tolerate price dumping or cash-in-hand / unreported work. In order to enforce this - all communications and payments must be done through the Leii platform.
To get new clients through Leii, you need to be approved by Arbeidstilsynet as a registered cleaning company (you can apply here). Leii perform daily checks against the renholdsregister, to assure this is always valid when you are providing services through Leii.

You are in charge, and responsible for the delivery. As a provider you are solely responsible for the delivery of the agreed service with the client and must yourself manage any customer complaints and refunds, and necessary insurances, and not Leii. Leii is just a platform for providing leads and handle client communications and payments.
Please note: all communications and payment must be made through Leii. If this is breached, access to the platform and new leads will be terminated, and possible legal action recover lost revenue / breach of contract.
